Questions:

As we continue in Job this week I would like to point out that even though Job was a good man, he was not a righteous man, at least not in and of himself. From Romans 3:10 we learn that there are none righteous no not one.

Throughout this book Job has been asking God to explain why this has happened to him and he feels that he should be able to defend himself before God.

I think that it's good to note that even though what happened to Job was not a result of him being a sinner, he is still a sinner none the less. Reading chapter 34 what is one sin that you would say that Job would be guilty of?

I believe that the book of Job is God's message to us that our responsibility is to love God,love others to the best of our ability and trust Him irregardless of our circumstances!

Even though sometimes it's hard the bible tells us in Philippians 4:4,
"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say rejoice". Not just because of what he has given us here on earth, but more importantly because of the promise he has given us of eternal life!

It doesn't say be "happy" always, it says "rejoice"! in your mind what is the difference?
